If you need to return a watch due to a defect, our Customer Service team is ready to assist with the return process. Once we receive the returned items and identify the product's defect, we are pleased to provide a new watch with free shipping. However, please note that the customer must cover return shipping costs, and we will not refund the duty cost if applicable.

- Ensure the watch is returned in its original box with all packaging materials, manuals, and other items included upon delivery.
- All returns must be in new condition. We cannot issue replacements for watches that show signs of use or have been modified.
- For your security, we recommend insuring your return package, as we are not liable for items not received.
- Unfortunately, any customized items are crafted with care, and engraved items are made specifically for individuals. Engraved items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
